We study how people perceive, experience, and engage with spaces, visuals, and cultures

Editorial thinking, applied through consulting

AND ORS Consulting is a new part of our practice and community.

As you may know from our work with AND ORS Editorial, we see design as a powerful tool in shaping how people perceive, understand and interact with the world. We stand for visual communication that is both intentional and ethical. With consulting, we want to take this a step further by putting these ideas into practice and showing how they work through real-life design solutions.

Our main focus is on physical spaces and architecture, exploring how brands, digital platforms, and culture intersect within these environments. This includes experience design where the human journey remains at the centre.

The consultancy is led by Rosemary, co-founder of AND ORS Editorial and founder of AND ORS Consulting, together with a garage band of associates from the design, architecture and social science worlds. Rosemary brings 14 years of experience in design, with an MA in Graphic Communication Design from The Royal Danish Academy. She has worked for 9 years on local and international architectural projects within wayfinding and behavioral design (i.e. UX in spaces), and 4 years in UX design. She is also a member of Building Diversity, a volunteer-led non-profit that builds inclusive and diverse narratives and works to expand communities within the built environment.

Through a network of skilled collaborators and associates, AND ORS Consulting is ready to take on your projects where human-centered design is the foundation and where your vision for your projects meets ours.

Services

Behavior in Spaces
Behavioral Design in Spaces
We analyse spaces for safety, comfort, and wellbeing, promoting clarity, reducing stress, and creating a sense of belonging. The work supports social dynamics through personal space, interaction, and activity zoning, while respecting cultural context and what feels appropriate in each setting.
Wayfinding
Wayfinding and Spatial Branding
Wayfinding is often treated as an afterthought, but our approach goes far beyond that. It involves early engagement in architectural development, focusing on human behavior, spatial hierarchy, intuitive navigation, accessible design, and spatial branding solutions with high-quality aesthetics.
Digital 2
Digital and Hybrid Experiences
Many physical experiences are now translated into digital or combined with digital elements. We extend the values and experiences of a space into the digital, creating smooth, cohesive storytelling across both physical and digital platforms. Experiences can be complementary or standalone.
C Ulture
